TikTok influencer HSTikkyTokky was taken into custody after avoiding law enforcement for nearly a year related to reported driving offences.

The 24-year-old, identified as HSTikkyTokky, was sought by Surrey Police for missing a legal hearing after a accident in Surrey's Virginia Water in spring 2024.

Police had previously issued an public call for information after the driver of a high-performance vehicle involved in a collision with another car left the location.

Mr Sullivan, who skipped a court appearance in late autumn, had subsequently shared content on social media from the Middle East.

A announcement from Surrey Police on Monday stated: "A young man from Essex was taken into custody on the end of the week for not showing up at court for reckless operation of a vehicle.

"He was presented at a local court on the weekend and is being held prior to a subsequent hearing at Staines Magistrates' Court on early next week."

The judicial body confirmed that charges comprised not stopping after an accident, driving while using a cellphone, and operating a vehicle lacking proper coverage.

Court Case and Allegations

  • Failing to stop following an accident
  • Driving while using a cellphone
  • Driving without adequate insurance

The case underscores the legal consequences encountered by online personalities involved in reported violations.
